Sign in and create your profile

Signing in is simple and secure — just use your existing Google account. After signing in, create your investor profile where you set your goals, preferences, and investment strategy. Track your progress with gamification — profile completeness from 0% to 100% motivates you to gradually fill in all details and unlock advanced features.

Portfolio and mortgage management

Add properties, update their value, record expenses, and track profitability development. You can assign a mortgage to each property with a complete amortization schedule — track principal balance, interest, fixation periods, and refinancing. All data is clearly available in the dashboard and analytics modules.

Dashboards and analytics

Wismeo displays aggregated portfolio metrics, cashflow trends, ROI, and other indicators. We use current and historical data from the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS) for accurate calculations of interest rates, inflation, and market trends. Outputs serve as decision support for further investments.

Contract generation

Create professional rental contracts directly in the app. Simply select a property, enter tenant details, and the system generates a complete contract according to current Slovak legislation. You can export contracts to PDF, edit them, and archive them for future needs.

Tax return preparation

At the end of the year, Wismeo helps you prepare your rental income tax return. It automatically summarizes all income and expenses by property, calculates the tax base, and prepares documentation for the Type B tax return. Save hours of work and minimize the risk of errors.

Security and data protection

Your data is secure thanks to Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in, Firestore with granular access control and encryption of data at rest and in transit. All operations are audited and data access is strictly tied to your account permissions.
