1. Service operator

The owner and operator of the website, application and information systems (or website, web application and registered seat) www.wismeo.com and https://app.wismeo.com is JIK family s. r. o., with registered office at Voderadská 5031/4, 919 35 Hrnčiarovce nad Parnou, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 54402395, Tax ID: 2121653127, VAT ID: SK2121653127, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava, Section: Sro, File No.: 50875/T (hereinafter "Wismeo", the "Company" or the "Operator").

2. Scope of service

Wismeo provides a web application focused on real estate portfolio management and analytics, related records, and additional supporting features available on the platform.

3. User account

• Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Users are responsible for protecting access to their account.
• Users may not allow unauthorized use of their account by third parties.

4. Rules of use

Users agree not to:

• use the service contrary to applicable laws,
• disrupt security, stability or availability of the platform,
• abuse the service to obtain data without authorization.

5. Service availability and changes

The Operator aims to provide maximum availability of the platform, however uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The Operator may modify, update, or temporarily limit the service, especially for maintenance and security reasons.

6. Liability

Data and outputs in the application serve as supporting information for users. Users remain responsible for their own decisions made based on system data.

7. Intellectual property

Platform content, design, software, text and graphic elements are protected by intellectual property rights of the Operator or third parties. Unauthorized use without prior consent is prohibited.

8. Final provisions

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after publication of changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
